Delete Your Insply Account

Account & data removal

To delete your account and all associated data, you can use one of the methods below. Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone.

Method 1 - Delete from the App

Go to Settings

Tap Account Settings

Method 2 - Request via Email

If you are unable to delete your account from the app, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Delete My Account".

Please include the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity. Once we receive your request, we will process it and permanently delete your account and associated data.

Data Retention

Some data may be retained for the period required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, tax/accounting compliance, or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims. After those periods expire, the data will be deleted or anonymized.
